Over the years, I've helped hundreds of people get off the couch, step out of their comfort zone, and finally gain the confidence they've been looking for.

Every body is different, so every workout is too. I'll ensure your workouts fit your abilities and any time restrictions you have.
In addition to our weekly calls, I'll be available via email for questions and encouragement.
We all need a kick in the ass once in a while. I'll keep close tabs on your progress, and you can expect some surprise check-ins to make sure you're staying on your game!
Get a flexible exercise plan you can actually stick to
1| We'll start with an intro call to get to know each other, discuss the changes you want to make, and outline a plan for getting there.
2| Each Sunday, you'll get an email from me with your custom workouts for the week, complete with guidance on how to do each exercise.
3| You'll use your weekly Accountability Sheet to mark down which days you're committing to your workouts.
4| We'll meet weekly on a 30-minute call to keep you on track, discuss your progress, and get your questions answered.
What if I don’t know how to do an exercise?
We’ll start simple, and each workout will have a description of exactly how to do each exercise. I’m also happy to give a demonstration during our weekly call so you can start each workout with total confidence.
What if I have an injury or medical issue?
As long as you’ve got your doctor’s OK to exercise, I can tailor your workouts to any physical limitations.
Why is there a 3 month minimum?
My goal is to help you make fitness a regular part of your lifestyle. Throughout my time as a personal trainer, I’ve found that 3 months is the time it takes to not only incorporate a new habit, but to start seeing the results from it.
I never seem to be able to stick with exercise plans. How will this be different?
Lack of follow-through comes from a lack of direction and accountability. I’ll make sure you have both. Each workout will be geared to your skill level and ability, and I’ll be the bug in your ear cheering you on every step of the way.
I was worn out, tired & didn't think it was possible to have time to exercise while chasing a 3 yr old all day. As soon as I started training with Kelly, my mood & energy level changed dramatically for the better. She had me running, & working out in my backyard, & was always motivating & inspiring me to keep going. She helped me set a goal of running 13kms at a race in Whistler & I did it! This was something I'd never done before & honestly didn't think I could do.
