I’m a 40-something (I mean, 29-year-old) mom of three. Throughout the ups and downs of my life, fitness has been the thing that’s kept me sane. I full-heartedly believe that our overall happiness is closely tied to how much we move, and that's why I’m devoted to helping more people off the couch and away from their desks on a regular basis.
